Flowers & Plants That Help You Sleep

As a flower lover I almost always have at least one bouquet of flowers in my room and I’ve become curious about what types of flowers and plants might actually help me sleep. I’ve done a little research and come up with a list of species that provide calming and purifying benefits and improve your sleep pattern.

Although I haven’t used all of these plants and flowers to help me sleep, the facts about them certainly add up. If you’ve tried out any of these I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
